Rather than seeing this as a negative, the leading organizations of tomorrow will be fully in tune with this new paradigm, and are already taking strenuous and innovative steps to harness the incredible potential of a fully engaged workforce of individuals, offering multiple employee value propositions and thus extending the employment life cycle of those who are critical to the business.
