Donncha CarrollDonncha serves as Axiom’s bridge between consulting and technology. He has nearly 10 years of experience in strategic human resources. Donncha leverages existing Internet technologies to improve the efficiency at which work gets done and the quality of the information generated from data gathering and analyses. This capability has helped support Axiom’s quantitative approach to hardwiring a company’s people systems to its business strategy. Donncha can be characterized as a diligent, practical and a highly analytical contributor.
Prior to joining Axiom, Donncha was Chief Technology Architect for Hudson Human Capital Solutions in North America. He was also a Partner at MPact Consulting and a consultant at Sibson & Company.
Donncha has been published in HR.com and in the Journal for Organizational Excellence.
Donncha has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from University College Dublin in Ireland.
"Music has always been a passion of mine. Recently I had a chance to relive my college days by playing a gig with some friends at one of our local bars here in Chicago. It was such a great experience that it reminded me I had set aside for too long something that I love to do. Life is all about striking the right balance.
