Prior to forming Axiom, Steve owned and operated Penfield and Associates. Before Penfield he was the CEO of Sibson & Company, an international consulting firm focused on human resources, strategy execution and sales and marketing effectiveness. Prior to his 16 years with Sibson Steve worked at KPMG where he was responsible for all strategic planning, marketing and organization consulting services across the mid-Atlantic region. He also has held operations consulting and engineering roles with Johnson & Johnson and Eastman Kodak.
Steve served for three years as the CEO of NewMindsets, Inc., an online learning and performance support company based in Toronto, Canada. NewMindsets has successfully developed and commercialized a unique approach to configuring and delivering online learning content to both corporate and education markets. The Company has won numerous awards for content and innovative application.
Steve has an MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors degree with majors in physics and mechanical engineering from Drexel University.
