Anjani is highly regarded for her work on enterprise-wide organizational change efforts. With several years of corporate experience, Anjani has an innate ability to be a creative thinker while maintaining focus on practical solutions and execution. Anjani is known for her thought leadership, collaborative style and hands-on approach and relentless focus on helping clients achieve significant top line growth and bottom line impact.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Axiom, Anjani was a senior member of the Organization Capability team at PepsiAmericas. Prior to her time with Pepsi, she spent several years at Motorola in both Corporate and Business Human Resource roles.

Publications & Affiliations

Ms. Panchal has been a frequent speaker on human capital topics, such as sales force effectiveness, employee surveys and the use of assessment tools for selection purposes. She has also served on the board of the Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychology organization. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Society for Consulting Psychology and the Organization Development Network. Additionally, she has played an active role in the National Association of Female Executives.

Education

Anjani is working towards her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of California.
