Anna Sobieski

Background

Ms. Sobieski joined Axiom following graduation from Lake forest College.  Anna has consulted to numerous organizations worldwide in areas including performance management, compensation, career development and retention.  She has strong analytical skills and enjoys collaborating with clients as a trusted advisor to help them strategically improve business performance.  Anna has significant experience working with professional service firms helping successfully align Partner performance and pay to match the desires of the Partnership and strategic direction of the Firm.  She takes a systematic approach to ensure issues are clearly understood to help set a strong foundation for the right solutions. In addition to working with clients, Anna has helped developed a successful undergraduate internship program at Axiom and continues to provide coaching and supervision to support each Intern’s professional development.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Axiom, Anna was an undergraduate student at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois.
