Dr. Ken Rabinowitz

Background

Ken has 30 years of experience in organizational development consulting, training, counseling and executive roles. Dr. Rabinowitz has trademarked, published and delivered a wide range of products and programs such as The Agile Organization, The Adaptive Index™, Job FIT™, Adaptive Selling™, Adaptive Leadership™, CLEAR™ Skills, Project Excellence™, Leading Innovation, The DEBSI Factor™, Beyond Gold™ and Adaptive Intelligence™. Dr. Rabinowitz is a leading expert on “High performance, Adaptive Intelligence, Work Styles, Adaptive Selling and Leadership”.

Previous Experience

Dr. Rabinowitz founded (1978) and led the Professional Development Group Inc, a highly successful organizational development and training firm. He has had two successful radio talk shows, been a Senior Vice President of a Fortune 100 Company, and has been CEO of PDG, as well as Vice President of consulting services for a large consulting firm. Dr. Rabinowitz is a Principal at Axiom and continues to lead PDG; a strategic partner with Axiom.

Publications & Affiliations

Dr. Rabinowitz is a state licensed psychotherapist and has several certifications with Yale University, National Training Labs, Effectiveness Institute and University Associates. He has written over 15 training books for organizations around the world, and is completing a series of published books within the next few months. Additionally, Dr. Rabinowitz has done extensive research and development, producing two popular online tools, The Job FIT™ and The Adaptive Index™ Series. Dr. Rabinowitz is a fellow of the American Psychotherapy Association.

Education

Dr. Rabinowitz has a Bachelors of Science (magna cum laude) from University of Vermont, and a Masters and Ph.D. from Yeshiva University with concentrations in counseling and organizational behavior.
