Personal Note

"As a new medium of communication, the Internet has changed the nature of our societies and organizations on a global basis more profoundly than the Industrial revolution through its democratization of knowledge and the lightening speed of communication. Organizations must learn that the manager/leader dichotomy is now spurious-successful organizations need to empower managers at every level to act as collaborative leaders. Individuals need to learn that to become effective leaders, they must develop a deep understanding of their personality strengths and challenges so they can successfully build and maintain high-performing collaborative teams."
