Personal Note

“While monetary incentives can be very powerful drivers of behavior, I continue to be surprised by how much people are driven by more intrinsic factors related to their work.  Personally, I am motivated by being able to explore and research new ideas and being able to see these ideas come to fruition.  Consulting is the perfect fit for me because I am constantly challenged with new projects and am able to clearly see the value our firm bringsto our clients.”
