Susan Mlot

Background

She believes that both are vital to understanding the heart of an issue, and creating sustainable solutions. With over 20 years’ experience, she not only helps clients develop clear vision and strategy, but the actionable plans for executing and achieving the results they target.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Axiom, Susan was with Restructuring Associates, a consultancy specializing in large-scale change within unionized organizations. Before that, she was a partner at Sibson & Company. She has also held positions with US Bank (First Wisconsin) and General Mills.

Publications & Affiliations

Ms. Mlot has been published and quoted in the business press including U.S. News & World Report, The Journal for Business Strategy, Perspectives: Journal of Labor and Employment Relations Association, and Compensation & Benefits Review. She is a speaker and trainer for various industry groups and professional associations including the Conference Board of Canada (2002) and the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (2004 National Conference).

Education

Susan received an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BA from Princeton University.
