Jillian Anderson has significant experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, combining strong program management skills and deep analytical capabilities. With a background in education and communications, Jillian also contributes to the design, writing, and production of data-rich reports to help clients better understand critical issues and make more informed decisions.
From 2010 to 2014 Jillian helped drive the day-to-day execution of a large longitudinal medical research study at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. In addition, she has served clients as a consultant, both at Axiom and at Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson).
Jillian earned a Master’s of Science degree in Education and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
My background in education gives me a unique perspective into Axiom’s work for our clients. Inquiry is an important way of giving learners ownership of their scholarship/exploration. I have found that in consulting, results are achieved when you ask the right questions and empower clients to do the same.
