Prior to joining Axiom, Lei spent seven years in management consulting with Houlihan Lokey Strategic Consulting (formerly Bridge Strategy Group) and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. His consulting engagements span a variety of different industries with a focus on high tech, industrials, automotive, aerospace and energy.
At Houlihan Lokey Strategic Consulting, he managed the delivery and implementation of several growth projects around corporate development, services strategy, sales channel improvement and electric vehicle smart-grid integration.
At Roland Berger, Lei collaborated with numerous senior managers across North America and Europe on a wide variety of strategic issues, with focus on corporate development, restructuring and business process improvements.
Prior to management consulting, Lei served as a systems engineer and lead designer with Honeywell Aerospace. He holds five patents for his designs used in military and commercial aviation.
Lei earned his MBA from the University of Cambridge (UK), and Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan, respectively.
