Prior to joining Axiom, Scott was a Senior Partner with Knightsbridge Human Capital Consulting. Previously he served as global head of both Strategic Workforce Consulting and Employee Engagement Practices at Right Management, where he was a Senior Vice President of Talent Management. Prior to Right Management, Scott spent over two decades as the highest-ranking consultant at Gallup, where he was responsible for driving client impact and practice development.

Scott earned a Master of Arts degree at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln and has an Asian Studies minor from Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan.
