With more than 25 years of professional experience as a management consultant and corporate executive, Adriano Allegrini is well-regarded for helping organizations identify and solve their strategic issues. His experience spans a range of growth-related issues including: strategy development, strategic marketing, innovation, strategic planning, new market entry, business development, product launch, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration. He has developed high-impact solutions for leading organizations in multiple industries such as: consumer goods, beverages, food, industrial products, distribution, professional services, education, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Axiom, Adriano held senior corporate roles in Strategy for AdTalem Education, The Wonderful Companies, and Bausch & Lomb. Adriano has also been a consultant with McKinsey & Company and held strategic planning positions with The Coca-Cola Company and Vale.
Adriano received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston (IL). He earned his degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Adriano is fluent in English, Spanish and French and his native Portuguese.
