Aneysha Pearce, Partner

Aneysha is an accomplished management consultant with more than 20 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 companies in various industries to develop and execute brand, marketing, reputation, and innovation strategies to drive profitable growth. Her background includes a blend of hands-on marketing leadership and business strategy consulting.  Her experience and capabilities include data-driven strategic analysis, brand strategy, brand architecture, brand positioning, portfolio management, communications strategy, marketing planning, reputation strategy, and innovation strategy.  Her recent projects include work across both B2B and B2C industries where she has led the development of corporate reputation programs, customer experiences, brand identities, positionings, and architectures for her clients. On an interpersonal level, clients respect and count on Aneysha because she understands the needs of senior executives and because of how she helps guide them in achieving their goals.


Prior to Axiom Consulting Partners, Aneysha founded Lakeview Strategies, a brand, marketing, communications, and reputation strategy consulting firm. She was also an Associate Partner at Prophet Brand Strategy where she led engagements for Sempra Energy, United Airlines, Hewlett-Packard, Mattel, Wells Fargo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and General Electric, among others, and was a frequent speaker and workshop leader at branding conferences and the practice leader of Prophet’s corporate reputation offering. Prior to that, Aneysha did strategy consulting at Accenture and strategic business planning at the Pepsi-Cola Company, a division of PepsiCo.

Notable Achievements

  • Partnered with a diversified energy company to create a multi-year, cross-stakeholder reputation strategy to improve engagement and understanding of the company’s transformation efforts from a traditional utility company to being recognized as a leader in renewable energy solutions.
  • Collaborated with client to develop a multi-year reputation management plan including socializing strategy and rationale, translating the strategy to business units and key functional leaders, coaching leaders to apply strategic insights to their functional areas including program development, communications plan, and defining metrics to measure performance.
  • Developed and led reputation management capabilities and engagements for F500 clients in industries such as CPG, Retail, Financial Services, and Energy. Efforts allowed each to effectively activate growth strategies among key stakeholder audiences.
  • Published white papers and articles including The Reputation Challenge: Building Corporate Reputation to Drive Business Performance and a trusted media source for reputation-related topics.

Aneysha has published whitepapers on a variety of marketing topics and is frequently quoted in Fortune, Marketing Week, Media Post and other publications.

She contributes to Axiom Consulting Partners’ thought leadership by frequently writing and sharing her point-of-view on relevant and timely subjects including reputational hits faced by Wells Fargo, United Airlines, Twitter, among others.

She is a luminary member of the Chicago chapter of the Step Up Women’s Network, an organization focused on enabling high-school aged girls in under-resourced communities become college-bound and career ready.


Aneysha earned her MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
