Catie’s expertise includes leadership development, culture change, executive development and organizational transformation. She is a published author, book editor and routinely speaks on the topics of leadership, employee engagement and motivation in the workplace.
Catie has over 15 years of experience helping organizations and people transform and thrive in the Federal government, nonprofit and private sectors. Prior to joining Axiom, Catie was the head of leadership development for Booz Allen Hamilton, overseeing executive coaching and leadership programs for the firm’s 2,000 leaders. At the Partnership for Public Service, Catie served as the senior manager for executive leadership programs, partnering with senior government officials to help them drive their management and leadership strategy, improve employee satisfaction, and implement high-potential and executive leadership programs. She also served as the COO for the Center for Presidential Transition during the 2016 Presidential election. Prior to management consulting, Catie held several leadership and management positions in the areas of child welfare education, leadership development and national defense for organizations including Kinship Center, Butterball, LLC and Science Applications International Corporation.
Catie earned her Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University. She earned her graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
