Isabelle brings 22 years of experience in evidence based consulting, operational management and research to helping leaders and employees unlock the value within their organizations. She has worked on a broad range of assignments in the domains of organization transformation, HR strategy, leadership development, talent selection, talent management, cultural change and diversity management. Isabelle is a trusted and skilled advisor at executive level, passionate to find root causes and impact organizations and people’s decisions and behavior through sustainable growth. Her broad background, critical thinking and continuous learning provides you with substantiated, innovative and actionable insights on what works best on a strategic, organizational and individual level. She is fluent in Dutch, English, German and French, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish. Isabelle’s long international experience makes her a particularly effective advisor in cross-cultural settings.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners in 2014, Isabelle was Associate Director at Hudson Belgium, where she led the Public and Semi-Public business unit. Prior to her management role, she worked as a principal consultant, senior assessor and consultant with Hudson and KPMG, was policy advisor for the Flemish Ministry (Department of Economic Support Policies) during a Belgian EU presidency, and scientific researcher at the University of Ghent in the Political and Social Sciences Faculty.
Isabelle is a board member of “Zonnehoeve Living+,” a nonprofit organization that provides housing and other types of support to people with disabilities, and of “Zonnehoeve Productions,” a social profit organization, based on the values of “People-Planet-Profit, that promotes the employment of people with disabilities in adapted environments. Furthermore she is a board member of the Vooruit Arts Center in Ghent, one of Belgium’s biggest cultural hot spots.
Isabelle has a Master’s degree in Political and Social Sciences (University of Ghent and Berlin Free University) and a Master after Master in macroeconomics and political economy (Université Libre de Bruxelles, Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management).
