I have spent half my career as a consultant and the other half as a client. This experience has shaped me as an advisor and guides my work. Every day I ask ‘Would this deliverable have met my needs? Are our solutions implementable in our clients’ environments and with their resources?’ I have been told I set high standards for our engagement teams — you should have seen me as a client!
