The ability and courage to critically examine deeply held beliefs, to test a vision, or to adjust the status quo are attributes I constantly aspire to in my own life. In pursuit of that, my two young daughters frequently upend my thinking, while training for marathons provides excellent time to develop fresh ideas. I strive to bring the same attributes to the work I do with clients. Uncomfortable as that process can be, I find the outcomes more than justify the effort–personally and for my clients.
