Sean helps clients craft insight-based and data-driven solutions to their business problems. He has 15 years of experience in analytics and predictive modelling for customer and human capital problems in a variety of industries, including financial services, hospitality, and manufacturing. He works extensively with clients to not only build their own analytical capabilities, but also to ensure those capabilities closely support the client’s strategy, and to help clients overcome cultural and organizational barriers to realizing the full value of their analytics.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Sean led marketplace and consumer research at Gallup Consulting, and co-founded Gallup’s advanced analytics practice. Sean was also Senior Vice President of Client Analytics at SunTrust Bank, and taught at Ohio State University.
Sean has spoken at numerous conferences on consumer research, customer experience, and analytics, including American Banker conferences and numerous state banking conferences. His recent publications have appeared in the Gallup Business Journal and the Stata Journal.
Sean has a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Ohio State University, with a focus on game theory and statistics.
