Shan is an experienced consultant with a history of helping clients achieve profitable growth through operational transformations and corporate portfolio management. Shan has significant experience managing cross-functional teams, translating analyses into valuable insights , and partnering with clients to produce operationally achievable and beneficial results.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Shan was a Manager at Strategy& (Part of PricewaterhouseCoopers and formerly Booz & Company). While at Strategy&, Shan managed teams to work on a wide variety of unstructured Corporate and Operational issues for clients ranging from: M&A Strategy, Operational/Commercial Due Diligence, Cost Optimization Sprints, Supply Chain Assessments, Competitive Intelligence Analyses, Market Assessments, and Process Optimizations. Shan is also a leading voice in the Automotive space advising numerous OEMs, Suppliers, and Private Equity firms on the current state and future trends in Automotive production.
Shan earned his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management with a concentration in Strategy & Operations and earned an additional distinction in International Business Strategy from the China Europe International School of Business (CEIBS) in Shanghai, CN. Previously, Shan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University.
