She has assisted several global organizations with competency modeling, talent assessment, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
As an executive coach Smruti works with senior leaders to enhance their leadership impact. She specializes in designing customized coaching and immersive leadership development initiatives for executives and senior-level leaders. She has designed and implemented large-scale, high-impact talent initiatives and has conducted hundreds of leadership assessment and development programs for Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of industries including financial services, life sciences, consumer goods, healthcare and manufacturing.
Smruti has worked extensively with large global organizations to implement human capital initiatives that enhance execution excellence. Her recent consulting engagements span across areas such as organization design, top team effectiveness, leadership development, performance management as well as sales and human resource effectiveness.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Smruti held leadership roles Aon Hewitt and Korn Ferry Hay Group where she worked across organization effectiveness, leadership development and talent management solution areas.
Smruti holds a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), India. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Delhi University, India.
Smruti is trained in the use of leading assessment tools and the use of propriety methodologies for Behavioral Interviewing, Job Evaluation, Competency Modeling and Executive Coaching. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil.
