Adriano Allegrini, our new principal, shares that perspective. Over the past 25 years, Adriano has worked across a variety of industries, both as an executive and a consultant, helping large and small companies develop and execute their growth agendas.

Adriano has created organic growth through strategy and international development, and inorganic growth via M&A — directly executing more than $1 billion in M&A transactions in 6 different countries over the last 5 years, while shaping the strategic planning strategies for multiple organizations.

A native of Brazil, Adriano has worked extensively in Latin America, Europe, and North America. Prior to joining us, Adriano led and implemented corporate strategy for AdTalem Global Education, The Wonderful Companies, and Bausch & Lomb. Adriano’s professional background also includes strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and business planning at Coca-Cola Company.

Having successfully supported organizations both as a consultant and as a client of consultants, Adriano understands well the daily pressures his clients face. One of his many key strengths is the application of his global, cross-industry, and data-driven background to his work around corporate strategy.
