Chris has over 12 years of working with clients to maximize business results by developing and implementing solutions that increase leadership and employee performance. Chris is known for partnering with clients in all phases of the project to ensure the solution fits the client and is implemented. He has experience in many industries including energy, financial services, transportation, utility, environmental services, manufacturing, and technology.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Axiom, Chris was a Principal at Capital H Group, a management consulting firm focused on Talent Management and Leadership Development, in the Southwest Region. He was also a Senior Consultant for Hewitt Associates and held managerial positions at Waste Management, CGG Veritas (formerly Veritas DGC), and Baker Hughes.

Chris is an active member in Society of Human Resources Management and Greater Houston Partnership. He is also certified Professional in Human Resources. Chris has published articles in News You Can Use, Workforce.com and other periodicals focusing on leadership and managing the new workforce.

Education

Chris has a Bachelor’s of business degree in both Management and Marketing from Texas A&M University
